The Front of House Team headed by restaurateur and proprietor, Nuno Diogo, continuously aim to provide a professional and uncomplicated service. The owner´s passion for the F&B sector is evident in the details of the service, from the accompaniment of rare wines to the explanation of the various appetisers and surprises that are brought to the table during the Tasting Menu experience.

Under the command of Executive Chef Louis Anjos, the team in the kitchen work relentlessly to create and perfect all the dishes on the seasonal menu. In order to showcase the best of Portuguese products, a lot of focus is placed on using the highest quality and regional produce available.
